Dupe Eliminator for iTunes by default shows all the iTunes Music Library files and shows the duplicates in red. However, you can show just duplicates using the View->Duplicates menu or Duplicates tab. You can also display
the originals next the duplicates. To enter this view use the View->Duplicates with originals menu. To exit to the normal dupes only view use the View->Duplicates menu.
